- Morgenthaler Ventures and Health 2.0 DC to VC: Health IT Startup Showcase is a nationwide contest to find the best venture backable startup ideas in health IT. It culminates with the top 10 finalists presenting on stage at the Annual 2012 Health 2.0 Conference in San Francisco to a crowd of health IT enthusiasts on October 10, 2012.
- Because so much is happening in healthcare right now. With 2014 on the horizon and possible shifts in the healthcare ecosystem due to government incentives for EHR adoption and the promotion of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), health IT as a market is growing. We want your best new thinking. Please note, this contest is focused on health IT ONLY, and not biotech, life sciences or medical devices.
- We are calling all venture backable Health IT startups to enter the contest. Anyone can attend the event but only 10 finalists will be asked to present. The Health IT Startup Showcase is on October 10, 2012 and is co-located this year the with the Annual 2012 Health 2.0 Conference. It will be on the last day of the Health 2.0 conference in San Francisco, CA. You can register to just come to the DC to VC event or attend the entire Health 2.0 conference.
